KM888 Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply to all users of the KM888 website, mobile application, and any related services (collectively, the "Platform"). Your continued use of the KM888 Platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. KM888 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with KM888's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and KM888.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on KM888, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations administered by PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation).
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of KM888, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from KM888 or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.

KM888 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine ID, passport, or other identity documents. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by KM888 may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access KM888's gaming services, you must complete the registration process at /register. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. KM888 relies on the information you provide to verify your identity, process payments, and comply with applicable regulations.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) active KM888 account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, shared IP addresses, or any other method — is strictly prohibited. KM888 employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, KM888 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit all balances and bonuses, and permanently ban the player from the Platform.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. KM888 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. You must notify KM888 immediately at the contact details provided in Section 15 if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

KM888 is required by Philippine anti-money laundering regulations to verify the identity of all players. You may be required to submit copies of valid government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method at any time. KM888 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict account functionality until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

KM888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at KM888's discretion. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

4.2 Minimum Deposits and Withdrawals

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the KM888 cashier page and may be updated from time to time. KM888 reserves the right to impose transaction limits based on account verification status, payment method, and applicable regulatory requirements.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

KM888 aims to process all withdrawal requests promptly. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. Processing times may be extended where additional verification is required or during periods of high transaction volume.

4.4 Deposit of Own Funds Only

You may only deposit funds that belong to you and that have been obtained through lawful means. KM888 strictly prohibits the use of the Platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity. KM888 is required to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines in accordance with Republic Act No. 9160, as amended.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

KM888 offers various bonuses and promotions to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods. These specific terms are communicated at the time each bonus is offered and form part of these Terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the individual bonus terms. KM888 reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage. Bets placed on excluded games will not count toward wagering requirements.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

KM888 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where it reasonably suspects that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing offsetting bets to reduce risk while meeting wagering requirements, exploiting errors or loopholes in bonus terms, and any other conduct that KM888 determines to be contrary to the spirit of its promotional offers.

5.4 KM888's Right to Modify Promotions

KM888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts, except where KM888 determines that fraud or abuse has occurred.

6. Game Rules & Fairness

6.1 Random Number Generation

All games on the KM888 Platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and audited for fairness. The outcome of every game round is determined by the RNG and cannot be influenced by KM888, the player, or any third party. KM888 publishes the Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all games on the Platform.

6.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure, KM888 reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund the wagers placed on those rounds. KM888 will not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the refund of the affected wager. The decision of KM888 regarding game malfunctions is final.

6.3 Bet Acceptance

KM888 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its sole discretion. This includes wagers placed on events where the outcome is already known, wagers that exploit pricing errors, and wagers that exceed applicable betting limits. In sports and event betting, all wagers are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant market.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the KM888 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorization.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, match-fixing, or manipulation of game outcomes.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing KM888 staff or other players.
• Attempting to circumvent KM888's responsible gaming tools or age verification measures.

8. Responsible Gaming

KM888 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we provide a range of tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity. These tools include deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

Players who wish to self-exclude from KM888 may do so by contacting our customer support team. Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly and will remain in effect for the period specified by the player. During a self-exclusion period, KM888 will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded player from accessing the Platform.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the KM888 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and user interface elements — is the property of KM888 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the KM888 Platform without the prior written consent of KM888. Unauthorized use of KM888's intellectual property may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, KM888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

KM888's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your KM888 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

KM888 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for implementing appropriate security measures on your own devices.

11. Privacy & Data

KM888 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the KM888 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

KM888 implements industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and KM888 cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.

12. Amendments to These Terms

KM888 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, KM888 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your account.

13. Termination & Account Closure

KM888 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, where KM888 reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.

You may request the closure of your KM888 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and KM888, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting KM888's customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the matter to the competent courts of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes.
